WASHINGTON, April 5 -- Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
In a letter to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator Stephen Dickson, Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA) recently urged the FAA to expedite distribution of $33 million in Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding to improve the Norfolk International Airport's primary runway.
The FAA's slow distribution of funding and current guidance has been insufficient for the air . . .
