Rep. Ted Budd released the following statement after the Department of Veterans Affairs' announced its plan to implement the pilot program required by the Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers for Veterans Therapy Act.
"Veterans who live with PTSD or other serious mental health conditions deserve access to every possible treatment option, including dog . . .
