WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on March 31, 2022:
U.S. Senator Tim Kaine released the following statement today regarding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) announcement that an additional 35,000 H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visas are being made available for U.S. employers between April 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022:
