WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following news release:
Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) and Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) introduced bipartisan legislation in the House that would increase penalties for drug dealers and strengthen the United States' efforts to stop the trafficking of illegal drugs through the dark web.
