U.S. Congresswoman and Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus Joyce Beatty (OH-03) opened applications for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) Community Funding Projects. Community project funding allows Members of Congress to request direct funding to qualifying projects within their congressional district.
