This morning on Meet The Press, Senator Portman, co-chair of the Senate Ukraine Caucus, discussed the ongoing war in Ukraine. Portman said President Biden's remarks about a "regime change" in Russia earlier this week were a mistake and played into the hands of Vladimir Putin and his propagandists. He also said we should be sending Ukraine all of the anti-air systems . . .
