U.S. Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen (both D-Md.) today lauded the Senate's bipartisan confirmation of Baltimore City Circuit Judge Julie Rubin to be a U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Maryland by a vote of 51 to 46.
