DENVER, Colorado, March 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado, Cole Finegan, issued the following news release:

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado announces an agreement with the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Company and its parent company, American Heritage Railways (together, the "Railroad"), under which the Railroad will pay $20 million to compensate the United States for damages caused by a 2018 fire near Durango . . .
