WASHINGTON, March 23 -- The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee issued the following statement by Steven P. Lehotsky on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, involving a hybrid hearing on March 8, 2022, entitled "Examining Mandatory Arbitration in Financial Service Products".

Lehotsky is executive vice president and chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
