WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Sen. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release on March 22, 2022:
Senator James Lankford (R-OK) today joined Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID), Ranking Member of the Senate Finance Committee, and all other Finance Committee Republicans to send a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen requesting that she provide an update on the status of the Social Security and Medicare trust funds reports, which by law are to be issued annually by April 1.
