This past week, Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) joined Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-30) in introducing a bill to reauthorize the Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking (STOP) Act.
