CHARLESTON, West Virginia, March 18 (TNSsro) -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 21-0810-E-PC):
APPALACHIAN POWER COMPANY and WHEELING POWER COMPANY, public utilities. Petition for consent and approval to enter into Ownership and Operating Agreements for the Mitchell Plant.
