WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) introduced the Stop China's Financing of Russia's Invasion Act. The bill promises retaliatory tariffs on Chinese agricultural goods if China increases its purchase of Russian agricultural products.
