WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on March 17, 2022:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced three POWER grants totaling $2,085,225 from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).
