WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine (both D-VA) introduced legislation to formally designate the Blue Ridge Music Center's outdoor amphitheater the "Rick Boucher Amphitheater" after former Rep. Rick Boucher.
"Congressman Boucher is a pillar of Southwest Virginia," the Senators said. "We can think of no better way to honor his years of public service . . .
