Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) joined the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) in announcing a $1,350,000 grant to the Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI) to help deploy a broad range of resources that will bolster entrepreneurship in the Mahoning Valley and the eastern corridor of the state of Ohio.
