President Joe Biden today signed into law U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger's legislation to provide $1 million to build a 24-hour center to provide same-day inpatient detox services in Henrico County.
The funding for a Henrico County Detox and Recovery Center -- which Spanberger successfully secured as part of a House and Senate-passed fiscal year . . .
