On Friday's anniversary of the signing of the American Rescue Plan into law, President Joe Biden visited a Philadelphia elementary school that was positively impacted by the law's funding. Philadelphia's school district alone received $1.1 billion through the American Rescue Plan. Nationwide, 99% of schools are now open safely due to the support this law is providing.
