WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Jim Risch (R-Idaho), and Todd Young (R-Ind.) announced that their Israel Relations Normalization Act was included in the FY 2022 bipartisan funding agreement, which passed the Senate by a vote of 68-31.
