It's no secret that the newest form of warfare is waged in cyber space. Bad actors are continually generating programs that attempt to disrupt American electronic infrastructure such as power grids. University of Rhode Assistant Professor of Engineering Hui Lin is working on a plan to combat those attacks with the help of a $500,000 grant from the National Science Foundation. . . .
