WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. joined Senator Marco Rubio (FL) in introducing thePreempting Misguided Appeasement and Financing of Destabilizing Regimes Act.
