U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Jim Risch (R-ID), Ben Cardin (D-MD), and Todd Young (R-IN) announced that their Israel Relations Normalization Act was included in the FY 2022 bipartisan funding agreement, which passed the Senate by a vote of 68-31.
