U.S. Senator Richard Shelby (R-Ala.), vice chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee and its subcommittee on defense, today voted to pass the Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) omnibus appropriations package, which contains all 12 spending bills and roughly $14 billion in emergency aid to support humanitarian, security, and economic assistance for Ukraine and our Central Europe . . .
