MONTGOMERY, Alabama, March 11 -- The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs issued the following news release:
Gov. Kay Ivey has announced a $200,000 grant to improve a major component of the Red Bay sewer system which will avoid a disruption in service and reduce a potential health risk.
Funds from the Appalachian Regional Commission will enable the city to replace a 70-year-old major sewer line that serves much of downtown and the city's three large . . .
