ALLENDALE, Michigan, March 9 (TNSPer) -- Grand Valley State University issued the following news:

After 18 seasons as head coach of the men's basketball team, Ric Wesley announced he's stepping down from his head coaching duties, effective immediately.
Assistant coach Taylor Johnson will assume the interim head coaching position while a national search begins for the next coach to lead the program.
