WASHINGTON, March 8 -- The House Ways and Means Committee issued the following testimony by Regina M. LaBelle, ex-acting director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, involving a hearing on March 2, 2022, entitled "Substance Use, Suicide Risk and the American Health System".
