WASHINGTON, March 8 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) joined Reps. Chris Pappas (D-NH) and Dan Newhouse (R-WA) to introduce the Save Americans from the Fentanyl Emergency (SAFE) Act.
The bill permanently schedules all fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs.
