BOISE, Idaho, March 5 -- The Idaho Department of Education issued the following news release:

Superintendent of Public Instruction Sherri Ybarra Friday celebrated the progress of a newly drafted bill designed to help detect Idaho children with dyslexia early in their education so they can learn to read on an even playing field with their peers.
