WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin (both D-Md.), along with Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and a bipartisan group of senators have introduced a Senate resolution calling for Vladimir Putin and members of his regime to be held accountable for the numerous acts of war, aggression, and human rights abuses that have been conducted under his watch.
