JOPLIN, Missouri, March 4 -- Missouri American Water, a subsidiary of American Water, issued the following news release:
With more than 530 miles of underground water pipe in Missouri American Water's Joplin Operation, several projects will be completed in 2022 to replace pipes reaching the end of their useful life. Crews are currently working in North Joplin to complete the third phase of replacing and upgrading pipe dating back to the 1950s.
