This morning, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) joined with Joe Madison on SiriusXM to discuss H.R. 55, the Emmett Till Antilynching Act and voting rights. H.R. 55, which passed the House last night with a strong bipartisan vote of 422-3, would designate lynching as a hate crime under federal law.
