WASHINGTON, March 2 -- Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced the middle and high school winners of his annual Black History Month Essay Contest: Salim Bamoue, an 8th grader at Vernon Johns Middle School in Petersburg, and Mona Garimella, an 11th grader at Maggie Walker Governor's School in Richmond.
