Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced that Kimberly Rashone Broussard, 53, of Las Vegas, and Phenomenal Angels, LLC ("Phenomenal Angels"), were sentenced today in a Medicaid fraud case involving billing for services that were not provided to Medicaid recipients.
