NASS - West Virginia Field Office: West Virginia Value of Production of 2021 Crops

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 26 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - West Virginia Field Office issued the following news release:

Corn for grain value of production totaled $29.55 million in 2021, an increase of 15 percent from $25.72 million in 2020. The marketing year average price received per bushel for corn was $5.40, up $0.70 per bushel from the 2020 average price of $4.70 per bushel.
