Researchers at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center have shown that a small group of patients experienced treatment-resistant mutations in a clinical trial for the targeted therapy pirtobrutinib.
