WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) applauded the U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration (MARAD) announcement that they have made $450 million available in discretionary grant funding through the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) for fiscal year (FY) 2022. The PIDP is the principal source of federal funding for infrastructure improvements at our nation's ports. . . .
