WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Sen. Jack Reed, D-Rhode Island, chairman, and Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, ranking member, of the Senate Armed Services Committee issued the following joint statement following the invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine's sovereign territory:
