In December, Wisconsin and all of America watched in horror as the Waukesha Christmas Parade was attacked by a decades-long violent criminal free on "inappropriately low" bail. Nonetheless, Mandela Barnes is standing by his fringe-left stance to abolish cash bail across the country, which would enable more criminals like Darrell Brooks to endanger more communities.
