CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 19 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Feb. 18, 2022:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jon Tester (D-MT) and Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) requested clarification from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) on recent statements from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on guidance for use of funds from the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) to prioritize "fix it first" projects . . .
