Four years after Marco Rubio promised Florida families that he would take concrete action to help reduce gun violence in the wake of the tragic mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, he has largely failed to act. In the latest sign of his political cowardice, Rubio didn't show up to the event in Parkland his office hosted this week to hear from constituents. . . .
