WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Sen. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, issued the following news release on Feb. 17, 2022:
U.S. Senators Susan Collins and Angus King today announced that Maine will receive $16,194,065 from the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration (WSFR) Program to support wildlife conservation efforts and outdoor sport in the state. The funding will help conserve Maine's outdoors, manage wildlife populations, and support outdoor recreation opportunities for future generations. . . .
