WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Rep. David McKinley, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Feb. 16, 2022:
Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E. (WV-01), who serves as the Republican leader of the Environment Subcommittee of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, spoke during a hearing Tuesday regarding the 2023 reauthorization of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Brownfields Program. Rep. McKinley's 2018 bill reauthorized and improved this program.
