Ky. Gov. Beshear Awards $2.5M to Four Counties Through Cleaner Water Program

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 16 -- Gov. Andy Beshear, D-Kentucky, issued the following news:
Gov. Andy Beshear delivered $2,495,169 for 17 projects to cities, fiscal courts and water utilities in Rowan, Morgan, Menifee and Montgomery counties to provide cleaner drinking water and improved sewer and wastewater systems. The funding is part of the Better Kentucky Plan's $250 million Cleaner Water Program and is estimated to create approximately 3,800 jobs across the state.
