Kansas Democratic Party: Axe the Food Tax Would Deliver Relief to Families, Businesses

TOPEKA, Kansas, Feb. 15 -- The Kansas Democratic Party issued the following news release:

Governor Laura Kelly re-upped her call to axe the state's 6.5 percent tax on food to deliver financial relief for Kansas families, protect Kansas small businesses, and boost the state's economy.
