WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) spoke on the U.S. Senate Floor regarding the national blood crisis and how this severe blood shortage is affecting patient care in Kansas.
"There is no substitute - no alternative - our nation can turn to in the absence of blood donations," said Sen. Moran.
"The only answer is each of us stepping up to donate, helping to end . . .
