U.S. Senate candidate Pat McCrory is attacking his primary rival Ted Budd for refusing to debate, but his jabs are easily dismissed as hot air.
McCrory hasn't appeared to hold a public campaign event in months. While his opponents are hosting meet and greets with voters and traversing the state by bus, McCrory's whereabouts are relatively unknown.
