WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Feb. 10, 2022:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC), Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI), and over 100 House members sent a letter to President Biden urging the Administration to support making fentanyl-related substances Schedule 1 classification permanent.
Rep. Budd has also sponsored legislation to permanently reclassify fentanyl as a Schedule 1 substance on August 3, 2021.
