WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Feb. 8, 2022:
Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) and the Department of the Interior today are announcing nearly $46.4 million in funding for Ohio to create good-paying jobs by reclaiming abandoned mine lands (AML) and eliminating dangerous environmental conditions and pollution caused by past coal mining. This federal investment is part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that Ryan helped pass.
