RICHMOND, Virginia, Feb. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Virginia office issued the following news release:
Farmers in Lee, Scott and Russell counties now have more time and opportunities to implement conservation practices that will enhance agricultural productivity and local water quality with assistance from USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
