WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release:

U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn (D-SC), U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers (R-KY), U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), and U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) today introduced the Targeting Resources to Communities in Need Act of 2022 to direct federal funding to persistent poverty areas throughout the country.
